1. Payment and Shipping

1.1 Payment:

We offer you three different payment methods:

Bank Transfer:

In which case the shipment or delivery of the purchase will be made once the payment has been verified in our current account.

Credit Card:

Through "La Caixa" gateway.

PayPal:

In which case you can pay if you have paypal account or by credit or debit card.

In our online store we do not see or keep your credit card details. In both of the above cases, payment is made on the secure page (https) of each company, "PayPal" or "La Caixa".

1.2 Shipping:

You can choose the day and time of delivery, with a minimum margin of 24h. and maximum of 90 days. And two time slots from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. - from 15:00h. to 21:00h

The delivery will be made within the chosen time slot, never at an exact time.

For 24h. shipments you must place the order before 19:00h. the day before the delivery date.

If the delivery is not made within the time slot chosen by the customer, Florestore commits to refund the full amount of the home delivery, unless this happens due to force majeure.

If the order is to be delivered during the same day, you must contact us by phone at 935 955 525 and we will offer the availability for the same day.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, we will proceed to make the shipment once we have verified that the transfer has been deposited in our current account.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Returns:

We accept returns during a maximum of 24h. from the reception of the product.

To do this, you must contact us by phone at 935 955 525 or e-mail info@florestore.com indicating the reason for which you want to make the return.

Once informed of your return, a carrier will go to the delivery address to pick up the product that must be, both the product and the packaging, in the same condition in which it was delivered.

In case of return, you can exchange your product for another of equal or higher cost, paying the difference, or request a voucher for the full amount of your purchase minus delivery charges.

This voucher will have no expiration date, it can be used whenever you want.

3. Cancellation of orders

3.1 Cancellations:

We promise to refund the full amount of your cancelled order if you inform us before 24h. of the delivery date of the order, by phone or fax to 935 955 525 or by writing to Info@florestore.com indicating in the subject "CANCELLATION ORDER NUMBER". Once the cancellation is accepted we will proceed to refund the total amount of your order.

Cancellations will not be accepted in any case other than the one described above.

4. Warranty

4.1 Quality guarantee:

We receive top quality flowers from our suppliers on a daily basis and we elaborate the products in our physical store at the moment the customer requests his order. This guarantees the freshness and originality of the product. Your product is unique.

5. Privacy Policy

In compliance with the provisions of Article 5 of Law 15/1999, of December 13, protection of personal data, FLORESTORE informs users that the personal data provided by filling out the newsletters or contact requirements (various forms to our website), will be collected in files owned by FLORESTORE, and will be treated in order to provide and report on services or products that FLORESTORE offers. The transfer or communication of the aforementioned data to third parties is not foreseen. The fact of filling in a form on this website implies that the user acknowledges that the information and personal data provided are theirs, accurate and true.

The main purpose of this file is to maintain the contractual relationship with our customers, facilitate the processing of orders, statistical studies, as well as the sending of advertising relating to products and services marketed by the company. No unsolicited advertising will be sent either. The newsletter will only be sent to customers who request it. We will only ask you for the data necessary for the provision of the required service and will only be used for this purpose.

The company ensures the confidentiality of the data provided and guarantees that, in no case, will be transferred for any other use without prior express consent of our customers.

The registered user retains at all times the possibility of exercising the rights of access, opposition, rectification and cancellation of their data. Likewise, and in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 1, 2002, of services of the information society and electronic commerce, you can revoke at any time the consent given to receive commercial communications.
